Whiskey is double distilled from a 100% barley mash then solera aged in used bourbon barrels sourced from Few Spirits Distillery. We bottle between 72 and 120 bottles per month as we build up our aging stock. Similar to Scotch, our single malt has a distinct flavor with notes of malt and an exceptionally smooth finish.
