This Reserve Cabernet is from Bingham Ranch, one of the oldest Cabernet vineyards in Napa Valley. A small percentage of Merlot is added to flesh out the palate. Aged for 36 months in brand new French oak with two years of bottle age. Big and bold with dark , black, juicy berry fruits, semi-sweet chocolate, hints of pepper and spice and soft, yet firm, voluptuous tannins.
